Bee Redfield is a conservation ecologist whose passion for nature began with butterflies and bees in her childhood garden. Inspired by the mutualistic relationship between plants and animals, Bee’s research has focused on ecosystem services such as pollination and seed dispersal. With graduate degrees in Conservation Biology and in Human Resources Management, Bee brings a unique blend of scientific and leadership expertise to her role at P2. She is dedicated to crafting effective training programs, supporting public outreach initiatives, and inspiring pro-pollinator behavior at the community level. When not working, Bee is an avid birder and a dog-lover who has volunteered for over a decade supporting retired racing greyhound organizations.
