Carrie Alison Maloney brings to Pollinator Partnership an entrepreneurial mind-set with a particular expertise in strategic planning and growth. She has deep experience as a senior leader advancing the goals and objectives of organizations all over the world that benefit underserved populations, wildlife and biodiversity of the planet. In 2016, Carrie launched Carrie Alison Projects, a boutique development firm, with a specific emphasis on strategic growth for non-profit organizations. Prior to this role, Carrie served as CEO and President of Imagine1day, founded by Chip and Summer Wilson, founders of lululemon. Imagine1day provides quality schools, education, and leadership development to people in Ethiopia. While there, Carrie worked with over 487 villages in rural Ethiopia, ensuring they had access to quality education. In addition, Carrie also served as the Executive Director for the Sager Family Foundation’s micro-enterprise programs for women in under-resourced countries in Africa and the Middle East. With Pollinator Partnership, Carrie is responsible for revenue growth and capacity building.
