Guidelines for Downloading Stamp Art

1. The Stamp Image must be in full color (if the publication is in color) and must be depicted in its entirety without any additions or deletions.

2. If the Stamp Image is reproduced within 75 - 150% of actual size, the denomination must be cancelled. A line may be drawn through the denomination to indicate cancellation.
