PHOTO CONTEST
ELIGIBILITY: Simply send in your favorite original digital photograph of a bee, butterfly, bat, hummingbird or any other pollinator caught in the act of pollinating!

ENTRY FEE: No fee
ENTRY ADDRESS: info@pollinator.org with "Submit My Photos" as the subject.
ENTRY DEADLINE: October 1, 2010
PRIZES: The 2 winning submissions will receive a free camera (courtesy of William Crandall)! See them below. We will display the winning picture on the front page of pollinator.org and our Facebook and Twitter pages.
The top 10 winners will recieve A World of Pollinators poster and have their photos posted on pollinator.org.
Contest Rules
- The contest is open to students in high school in North America. Employees of the Pollinator Partnership and its contest sponsor are excluded from this contest.
- The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
- Contest judges decisions are final.
- By entering a submission to the contest, the winner authorizes the use of contest submission for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which the Pollinator Partnership may deem appropriate.
- One entry per person with up to two photos submitted.
- Digitally altering in programs such as Adobe Photoshop are discouraged.
- The meta-data for each image should be on the back of the image support.
- Emphasis will be placed on clarity and on the images ability to iilustrate pollinators and their interactions with plants.
- One paragraph of supporting text (in English) can be provided to explain how and where the picture was taken.
